1. Brand Awareness and Recognition

Increasing brand awareness is one of the many benefits of creating a social media marketing campaign. Social media is a great place to earn the trust of your customers to purchase your products. The more often your followers or potential customers see your product, the more likely they will become familiar with your brand.

2. Creates Conversation About Your Products or Services

One of the goals behind a social media marketing campaign is to create conversations about your products or services. The more people talk about your brand, the more memorable it becomes. Asking for feedback or posing questions are two great ways to start conversations about your brand.

3. Connect With Your Target Audience

In a social media marketing campaign, it is critical to connect with your audience. One of the reasons why many companies fail at connecting with their followers is because they do not intentionally incorporate them into their posts. Sharing customer-created content is one way to get your viewers involved and help them feel connected with your brand.

Tom Foerstel

Founder & President

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 60’s, Tom developed a strong desire to create positive change for people and planet.

He went on to pursue his passion for art and design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and worked for design firms in Southern California before moving to Boise, Idaho in the early 80’s. Foerstel Design opened its doors in 1985. Since its inception, the firm has cultivated a bold, happy, forward-looking team focussed on creating distinct and effective work on behalf of their clients.

An integral part of Tom’s philosophy is giving back to the community in which he lives — a company cornerstone that drives Foerstel’s long history of providing pro-bono services to local non-profit humanitarian and arts programs.

One of Tom’s proudest personal achievements is his ability to say Supercalifragilisticexpyalidocious backwards.
