Conversational Commerce

Engaging with customers using conversational commerce is a great way to expand your customer base. Capitalizing on messenger apps by engaging with customers in a personalized way is key.

Niche Marketing

Niche marketing targets a specific audience or area instead of marketing to the general public. Therefore, knowing exactly who you are trying to reach and understanding what interests them is essential.

Personalization

For a business to grow sustainably, customer loyalty must be a top priority. Focusing on personalization is one way a business can improve a customer’s experience with its brand.

Interactive Content

Interactive content plays a significant role in the increase of conversions and website traffic over passive content. This type of content allows the business to learn more about what interests the customer and provides a way for a visitor to remain engaged with the content. Some examples of interactive content include:

  • Videos
  • Infographics
  • Polls
  • Quizzes

Predictive Analytics, Big Data & Deep Learning

Predictive analysis helps a brand stay ahead of the curve by understanding what direction the market is heading along with customers’ future needs. Big data is structured or unstructured mammoth data that allows brands to understand their customers better. Finally, deep learning analyzes the concluded data and uses it to help the brand conclude the next steps moving forward.

Community

Community marketing is an ever-growing opportunity for businesses to gain a deeper connection with their customers. Associating with a group of influencers with similar values to the brand is a great way to build community.

Tom Foerstel : Founder & President

Tom Foerstel

Founder & President

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 60’s, Tom developed a strong desire to create positive change for people and planet.

He went on to pursue his passion for art and design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and worked for design firms in Southern California before moving to Boise, Idaho in the early 80’s. Foerstel Design opened its doors in 1985. Since its inception, the firm has cultivated a bold, happy, forward-looking team focussed on creating distinct and effective work on behalf of their clients.

An integral part of Tom’s philosophy is giving back to the community in which he lives — a company cornerstone that drives Foerstel’s long history of providing pro-bono services to local non-profit humanitarian and arts programs.

One of Tom’s proudest personal achievements is his ability to say Supercalifragilisticexpyalidocious backwards.
