It is vital to keep your business’ name in front of your audience, so they never forget about you. One way to do this is to encourage customers to leave reviews on Google or Facebook. Many people are nervous about reviews, but they prove to be positive overall. Another way to help keep your name in front of customers is through paid ads or video marketing.
The most highly consumed content online is via video. It can be challenging to put yourself in front of a camera and talk, but the more you do it, the more comfortable you will become. You can share your video content on all social media platforms, but it is especially important to be active on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Targeting the correct audience is essential in marketing. Although you have one select audience, it is important to be strategic about how you speak to all your customers individually in that group. Not everyone wants to hear the same things from a business; there are different needs from person to person.
Communicating with your audience face-to-face is essential. It does not always matter how you do it; you can be socializing or out in the community.
One way to ensure you continue to grow is to meet with another individual from within your industry to act as a mentor. This strategy helps make sure you are making the right decisions and gives you honest feedback based on their experience.

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 60’s, Tom developed a strong desire to create positive change for people and planet.
He went on to pursue his passion for art and design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and worked for design firms in Southern California before moving to Boise, Idaho in the early 80’s. Foerstel Design opened its doors in 1985. Since its inception, the firm has cultivated a bold, happy, forward-looking team focussed on creating distinct and effective work on behalf of their clients.
An integral part of Tom’s philosophy is giving back to the community in which he lives — a company cornerstone that drives Foerstel’s long history of providing pro-bono services to local non-profit humanitarian and arts programs.
One of Tom’s proudest personal achievements is his ability to say Supercalifragilisticexpyalidocious backwards.
