It is certainly possible to learn everything you need to know about marketing, but if you are honest with yourself, you will unlikely have that kind of time. Marketing is complex and includes various skills and knowledge that often takes time to learn. Therefore, as your company grows, you need to focus your energy on tasks you can complete and leave the unknowns to the experts.
Many business owners dismiss the idea of outsourcing their marketing due to the cost of it. But, unfortunately, this backfires most of the time because the owner will spend more time and money on ads and content with little return on investment.
Watching expert marketers will teach you all you need to know about marketing. In addition, the marketing professional you hire can teach you helpful tips and insights your competitors may not know.
Every updated marketing strategy must include social media. Social media marketing is a great way to build brand awareness, increase engagement with your brand, and tell compelling stories. Although many think they can do it independently, social media is complex and competitive. Therefore, hiring someone to help your business with its social media is important to cut through the noise and make your brand stand out.

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 60’s, Tom developed a strong desire to create positive change for people and planet.
He went on to pursue his passion for art and design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and worked for design firms in Southern California before moving to Boise, Idaho in the early 80’s. Foerstel Design opened its doors in 1985. Since its inception, the firm has cultivated a bold, happy, forward-looking team focussed on creating distinct and effective work on behalf of their clients.
An integral part of Tom’s philosophy is giving back to the community in which he lives — a company cornerstone that drives Foerstel’s long history of providing pro-bono services to local non-profit humanitarian and arts programs.
One of Tom’s proudest personal achievements is his ability to say Supercalifragilisticexpyalidocious backwards.
