Poor content quality is one of the biggest reasons your content execution plans fail. Ensure that your content is well-written and reaches your target audience. You need to take the time to put this kind of research behind your content to perform well. If your content is poor quality, it will decrease the probability of your sale by 40%.
It is essential to document your content marketing strategy. If you do not document your strategy, there is a high chance that you will stray away from your goals. You cannot simply push out content and hope that it is successful. Instead, be mindful of your audience and create content they would be interested in.
Consistency is crucial in your content strategy. If your business’s presence online is inconsistent, it can lead to major issues. If you dedicate yourself to social media, it is important that you do your best not to taper off with your consistency. You will confuse your audience if you switch between being active on social media and disappearing.
SEO implementation is crucial for the success of your website. If your SEO keywords are underperforming, your website will rank low, or not rank at all, in search. If you do not pay close attention to your SEO, your content marketing will suffer.
Content marketing is not something that will be successful overnight. It takes time to see your strategy come together. If you are looking for a way to see instant results, consider pouring some money into paid ads. Content marketing will take weeks, maybe even months to bring out the results you are looking for. Understanding the timeline of content marketing is essential so you can give it the time and patience it takes to show results.

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 60’s, Tom developed a strong desire to create positive change for people and planet.
He went on to pursue his passion for art and design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and worked for design firms in Southern California before moving to Boise, Idaho in the early 80’s. Foerstel Design opened its doors in 1985. Since its inception, the firm has cultivated a bold, happy, forward-looking team focussed on creating distinct and effective work on behalf of their clients.
An integral part of Tom’s philosophy is giving back to the community in which he lives — a company cornerstone that drives Foerstel’s long history of providing pro-bono services to local non-profit humanitarian and arts programs.
One of Tom’s proudest personal achievements is his ability to say Supercalifragilisticexpyalidocious backwards.
