Over a year ago, we convinced the Idaho Potato Commission to let us help them build a 6-ton potato. The massive spud set out across America earlier this year, turning heads and raising awareness for Meals On Wheels. The IPC and the Potato Truck team recently filmed a fun commercial that aired on ESPN during Boise State University’s opening football game.
