‘Kut’, a Latvian group that describes itself as “a creative collective consisting of filmmakers, musicians, artists, politicians and cats,” recently took to the streets of Riga to execute a mission called ‘Oh Joy!’. Amongst the great cinematography, and looks of pure confusion, the people of Riga seemed to enjoy the group bringing nature to their city.
