fuel for the imagination

41400
Cuppaday is a daily art project by Sydney-based designer and brand architect Paul Garbett. As a creative, Garbett’s imagination and creative process need his daily caffeine fix for fuel. Lots of it. So what does he do with all those used coffee cups? He doesn’t throw them in the trash, but instead, he uses them as a medium for art.
Using the cups, he’s created different scenarios and portraits that stretch the imagination. There’s a ghost cup, a Frankenstein cup, a noodle cup, a Batman cup, and a tipi cup. You can check out more cup designs here and on his Tumblr.
