Getting the Big Idaho Potato Truck ready for its third US tour required a change in theme and graphics, since the purpose of its maiden voyage in 2012 was to honor the Idaho Potato Commission‘s 75th Anniversary.
For the 2014 tour, we created the theme “It’s Real” which has its roots in the official seal that was developed to properly identify REAL Idaho Potatoes, and is used on all packaging and marketing materials related to our famous potatoes.
The funny thing is, the Number One question our Tater Team is asked about the gigantic traveling tater when they’re on the road is “Is it Real?” I am sure this new theme and graphic isn’t going to make their job any easier!
As part of the redesign, we created a new website and promotional materials to keep things “fresh!”
