Short-form Video Content

Short-form video content will continue to be critical in 2023 marketing. Tiktok, Instagram Reels, and Twitter Fleets are examples of where short video content can be the most successful. Even if your company is not entirely prepared to fully commit to Tiktok, video content should still be prioritized in your social media strategy.

Customer Retention

It is far more expensive for businesses to bring in new customers than to retain existing customers. Therefore, in 2023, more businesses will place their efforts on customer retention by implementing strategies like loyalty programs, discounts, and customer experience optimization.

SEO will continue to be essential for businesses to keep up in 2023. However, as more businesses spend time and money on their SEO strategies, you will have to work extra hard to ensure that your business is still being noticed in search.

Audio and Podcasts

The rise in podcasts and other streaming services are leading to the popularity of audio as a form of communication in 2023.

Social Responsibility

Consumers are becoming more aware of their environmental impact, which directly affects businesses. Therefore, in 2023, it will be crucial for companies to place emphasis on social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
